Do you like what you see in the mirror? According to a recent Yahoo Health survey, only 1 in 7 Americans feels "body positive" about themselves.

The Wildcat Wellness Coalition invites you to participate in the Body Project, a nationally acclaimed, peer-to-peer program designed to promote body acceptance among college-age women. Don't allow cultural pressures to conform to the "appearance-ideal" define you. Be an advocate for yourself and your peers.

Each Body Project workshop will be from 7-9 p.m. in 209 K-State Student Union. Please choose a set of workshops that work best for your schedule. You will receive a confirmation email prior to your workshop date.

Note: You may only sign up for one workshop, so please be sure that you are able to attend both sessions under that workshop. Space for each workshop is limited, so registration is required. Reserve your spot today.

For more information, contact the Body Project co-chairs Dianna Schalles at 785-532-5240 or Wendy Barnes at 785-532-6927.

Follow the Body Project on social media with the hashtag #ChangeTheConversation.
